Diane (Griffin) Holland is a distinguished Partner at Wiley Rein LLP since July 2023, with extensive leadership experience at the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA - The Tech Bar) where involvement spans roles from Immediate Past President to Executive Committee Member since July 2017. Previous positions include Special Advisor to the Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau and Deputy Chief at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as well as Senior Advisor for Technology and Telecom at the National Urban League. Diane held various legal positions at the FCC from 1996 to 2014, culminating as Deputy Associate General Counsel. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Howard University School of Law. Diane holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
