Erica Pratcher, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and program analysis at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since August 2011, holding positions such as Senior Management and Program Analyst in both the Office of Partner Engagement and the National Security and Cyber Law Branch, as well as roles in the Directorate of Intelligence and as an Investigative Specialist. In addition to their federal experience, Erica served as the Head Coach for the Capital City Elite Volleyball Club from November 2019 to June 2023. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from PennWest California, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alcorn State University, and a Women's Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University.
