Carl Lofton is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as an Information Technology Program Project Manager at the Federal Bureau of Investigation since March 2018, Carl has also held positions as an Analyst/software engineer at the Department of Justice since August 2015, and as an Associate/SharePoint Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2010 to August 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin (2004 to September 2010) and as a Software Engineer at Apptis (2004 to 2008). Carl earned a Master’s degree in Web Development from The Johns Hopkins University (2002-2004) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in IT and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from the Fox School of Business at Temple University (1989-1994).
