Jeff Yarnell, P.E. is an experienced professional in the field of aviation management and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Management Services at the Federal Aviation Administration since June 2019, overseeing finance, staffing, and technical labor consulting for the Air Traffic Organization. Previously, Jeff Yarnell held the position of Director of ATC Facilities and Engineering Services from June 1987 to June 2019, leading program management and engineering for the National Airspace System infrastructure. Additional roles included Manager of the Terminal Automation Modernization/Replacement program, which focuses on a significant modernization effort for air traffic control systems nationwide, as well as various managerial and advisory positions. Jeff Yarnell earned a Master of Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
