Chris Tomlin has extensive experience in air traffic management, having served with the Federal Aviation Administration since October 1998, where the current position is Deputy Director of System Operations (East-South). Previous roles within the FAA include Deputy Vice President of Systems Operations, Senior Advisor, Group Manager of Technical Labor, and Operations Manager at Atlanta ARTCC. Chris Tomlin has held various front-line management positions, overseeing teams of Traffic Management Coordinators and air traffic controllers in both Level 11 and Level 12 En-Route facilities. Prior to the FAA, Chris Tomlin worked as an Air Traffic Controller for Robinson Van Buren Aviation from September 1997 to October 1998 and served in the US Navy as an Air Traffic Controller from December 1993 to September 1997.
