Marc Francis Moreira has a strong background in sports development and swimming coaching, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Sports Development Service at Câmara Municipal de Sines since 2019. In addition, Marc is a Delegate of the FPN Assembly representing National Coaches for the Federação Portuguesa de Natação since October 2020. Serving as Vice-President of Associação de Natação do Alentejo since 2017, Marc also holds the position of a level 3 swimming coach at Clube Natação Litoral Alentejano since 2013. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technician in the Education Service at Câmara Municipal de Sines from May to November 2019. Educationally, Marc holds a Master's degree in Exercise Prescription and Health from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports from the same university.
