Francisco Zenza is an accomplished student-athlete and industrial engineering professional with a solid educational background from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, including a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Since September 2019, Francisco has been actively participating in national university championships and gained international experience at the 2022 European University Games in Lodz, Poland. Francisco holds multiple roles within the Clube Natação da Maia as both team captain and athlete, while also competing professionally for the Federação Portuguesa de Natação since 2013. Francisco has completed internships at Efacec and Leite Mendes, where work focused on industrial engineering projects, including the application of Lean methodologies and data management challenges within complex systems.
