Currently serving as an Administrateur and Board Member at FEDELIA SA since May 2022, Philippe also contributes to the advisory committee of digiVolution and is actively involved in the Cyberadministration initiative, promoting digital collaboration among federal, cantonal, and municipal entities. Philippe has held leadership roles within various organizations, including President of the Conférence Suisse sur l'Informatique - Groupe latin, and a long-standing delegate for informational affairs within the Canton du Valais. An expert in e-Government, Philippe has been an influential member of numerous committees and boards since 1999.
