Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Feathr

Forest Myers has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Forest started their career at Rubberneck Inc in 2007, where they worked as a Manager for a period of ten years. In 2017, Forest joined SharpSpring as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical and customer support for the marketing automation platform. Forest later became a Support Team Lead, managing a small team and focusing on the automation engine of the platform. Forest's most recent role at SharpSpring was Technical Support Manager, where they led a team of support professionals and worked closely with partners to optimize the product. Forest currently works at Feathr as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, starting in November 2021.

Forest Myers attended the University of Florida from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics.
