Ana Kamburova is a seasoned professional in People Operations and project management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving in a People Operations role at Feather since January 2022, Ana has previously held significant positions such as Project Manager at Montebelo GmbH, where innovative internal processes for communication and project management were developed. As Head of People & Organisation at Fractal, Ana collaborated with executive leaders to establish effective organizational structures. Earlier roles include Head of Operations at Life on Mars Lda., where operational systems were implemented from the ground up, and communications management positions at Cooperative Indigo and Universidade Portucalense.
