Melanie Griffiths has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melanie began their career at Riverside School in 2014 as an English & Media Teacher, eventually taking on additional responsibilities as the Head of Department and Head of Year. In 2017, they joined Mad Paws as the Content, Social Media & PR Manager, where they managed content creation, social media strategy, and public relations. In 2018, they joined Togather (formerly Feast It) as the Digital Marketing Manager and later transitioned into the role of Content Lead.

Melanie Griffiths earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from The University of Manchester. Melanie then pursued further education at Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on English (Secondary).
