Ridouane Bouchoua has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at FE fundinfo as a Technical Lead Developer, responsible for overseeing a Scrum unit of four people and ensuring that technology choices align with the company's goals. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at F2C - Financial Communication Consult as a web developer, focusing on the development and maintenance of a fund data web application. From 2014 to 2015, they worked on a personal project as a Game Developer, creating an Android game using JAVA and the LibGdx framework. In 2014, they also worked at LOGIEST as an Analyst Programmer, and in 2012, they worked at Chambre d'agriculture de la Meuse as a Developer, focusing on web development and application management.
