Katie Latham is a Project Manager at FDG Web, Inc, since September 2022, where responsibilities include directing cross-functional teams for multiple projects and establishing efficient workflows with Asana to enhance collaboration. Previously, Latham worked as a Freelance UI/UX Designer from June 2021 to September 2022, leading end-to-end UX and Product Design projects in dynamic, agile environments. Additionally, experience as a Customer Experience Specialist at Viome from November 2019 to March 2021 involved implementing strategies to improve mobile app ratings and utilizing data analysis to inform design decisions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Minor in International Business from Western Washington University, along with further studies at Designlab and Florence University of the Arts.
