Natalia Duarte is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Diretora do Comitê de ODS at FDCAngels since December 2023, where responsibilities include identifying promising startups aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and assisting in due diligence processes. As an Angel Investor and Supervisor EHS at Sandvik since July 2021, Natalia leads the global EHS strategy while actively participating in committees focused on innovation, sustainability, and diversity. Previous experience includes EHS leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation and Stellantis, where Natalia coordinated safety initiatives, managed compliance with regulations, and supported certification processes. Natalia holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and degrees in Production Engineering and Safety Engineering, complemented by an international study experience in English at Greenwich College.
