Neal is a Human Resources and Operations specialist who helps firms build value by improving individual and organizational decision making. With a background in behavioral science, he supports FCM clients by facilitating data-driven best practices to optimize organizational culture and processes. He specializes in statistical analysis and storytelling, CRM implementation, process improvement, forecasting and pipeline management. Prior to joining FCM, Neal held multiple roles over 10 years at the University of Rochester.
