Melody joined FCI in August 2012. She ran marketing and communications until in 2017, after taking more and more responsibilities, she became Operations Manager. Melody plans and monitors the daily operations, revises and formulates policies, and promote their implementation. She works also at improving management systems, processes and best practices to meet the expectations and needs of clients. She is the backbone of FCI operations and the “go to” person for any and all issues.
