Md. Rubel Miah is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of HR & Payroll at FCI Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rubel worked at DBL Group, starting as a Junior Executive in HR from May 2018 to December 2020, and advancing to the position of Senior Executive Human Resources from January 2021 to the present. Rubel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Jagannath University, Dhaka, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed in 2015. Earlier education includes an HSC in Business Studies from Gazipur Cantonment College and an SSC in Business Studies from Shyamagram M K High School.
