Elina Porkka has a diverse background in marketing and communications, starting as a Shop Assistant at Bestseller Retail Finland Oy in 2011. Elina then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Tapasland S.L and Buildercom Oy before moving into roles such as Content Marketing Manager at Document House Oy. Elina expanded their expertise by serving as a Community Manager and a Producer in content development at Kaakon Viestintä Oy. After that, they took on roles at the City of Kouvola, including Brand Manager and Digital Specialist. Currently, Elina holds a position at FCG Finnish Consulting Group as the Head of Group Communications & Marketing, showcasing their leadership and strategic marketing skills.
Elina Porkka completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Elina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Behavioral Insights in Business Applications at Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their master's, Elina studied Multilingual Management Assistants at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2010. Elina also obtained various certifications including Revenue Operations, Content Marketing, and SEO from institutions such as HubSpot and Scrum Alliance.
