Shaina Newton is an experienced claims professional with a diverse background in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Claims Advocate in the Legal and Claims department at Aon since November 2019, Shaina previously held the position of Senior Claims Examiner at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, managing EPL, D&O, and E&O claims. Prior roles include Claims Specialist at Nationwide, focusing on claim file development and customer guidance, and a tenure at CNA Insurance where responsibilities encompassed analyzing coverage, managing defense counsel, and fostering relations with various stakeholders. Shaina holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, along with an Associate's degree from Pima Community College.
