Massimiliano Sala is currently the Head of the Creative Team at FCB Milan, where he oversees copywriting for brands such as Nivea, Nivea Men, Eucerin, and Labello. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Copywriter at the same company from 2005 to 2011, working on various accounts including NIVEA, SKY, and UniCredit. He also gained experience as a Copywriter at Opinion Leader S.r.l., where he worked on brands such as Philip Morris, Vodafone, and Jeep®. Sala holds a degree in Copywriting from Istituto Europeo di Design and a Maturità Artistica from Liceo Artistico Statale I Hajech in Milan.
