Freddy Agostini has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Freddy started their career as a Graphic Designer at Norlop JWT in 2012, where they worked until 2013. Freddy then joined Koenig & Partners as an Art Director from 2013 to 2015. Freddy then worked at LAPIZ as an Art Director from 2016 to 2018. At Leo Burnett, they held the position of Art Director from 2016 to 2020, and later became a Senior Art Director from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Area 23 as an Art Supervisor until 2021. Currently, Freddy Agostini is working at FCB Chicago, where they started as a Senior Art Director in January 2021 and became an Associate Creative Director in June 2022.

Freddy Agostini pursued their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Graphic Design at Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral from 2008 to 2013.
