Magnus Engmose Johansen is an experienced football coach currently serving as the Head Coach for U14 girls at FC Nordsjælland since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading character development in sports psychology for youth teams and teaching mathematics in FC Nordsjælland's 10th grade. Prior roles encompass coaching positions at FC Nordsjælland for various youth teams, an Academy Coach at Københavns Skole & Idrætsakademi, and multiple head and assistant coaching roles at FA 2000. Magnus has also gained diverse professional experience through roles including a student assistant at Rigspolitiet and customer service positions at Topdanmark and a restaurant. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and ongoing studies at Københavns Professionshøjskole towards a teaching degree, alongside multiple football coaching certifications from the Dansk Boldspil Union.
