Elena L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial planning and project management. Since March 2010, Elena has worked at RusHydro as the Chief Expert on Business Planning, Controlling, where notable achievements include defending 60 subsidiary business plans and playing a key role in the implementation of an automated information system that significantly cut production management costs. Prior to RusHydro, Elena served as a Manager Project at TEK Mosenergo PJSC, overseeing financial schemes for major equipment delivery and project implementation processes. Earlier career experience includes serving as Finance Manager for Mirax Group's Ukraine branch, where Elena built a financial team from the ground up and secured substantial loans for construction projects. Elena holds a degree in Modern Languages from Moscow State University and has completed studies at the Russian Academy of Economics and the State University of Management.
