Nienke van der Werf is an experienced professional in safety management and community project development. Currently serving as the Manager of Safety and Coordinator of Public and Safety at FC Groningen since September 2020, Nienke has also held various project leadership roles, including Project Leader at WE HERE Fryslan and Coordinator of 3X3 Friesland. Nienke's expertise includes advising on social entrepreneurship, implementing community projects, and policies related to youth welfare and domestic violence. With a comprehensive educational background in Public Administration and Integral Safety from the Thorbecke Academie and NHL Hogeschool, Nienke is committed to empowering communities, particularly through sports initiatives.
