Megha Krishnaji Rao is a scientific researcher at Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik, specializing in integrated transceivers for 5G mobile communications utilizing strained GaN-HEMT technology since March 2020.
