Ann Marie Kennedy CIP has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Business Change Lead and previously as Claims Change Analyst at FBD Insurance since February 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Handler at IPB Insurance from October 2011 to November 2018, managing a diverse portfolio of claims including Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Product Liability. Ann Marie also held claims handling positions at Travelers and Thortons Claims Management earlier in their career. Educational background includes studies at the University of the West of England from 2002 to 2004 and training at the Irish Insurance Institute.
