Mary Chimhamhiwa has over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at FBC Holdings Limited since April 2014, after progressing through roles as Operations Officer and Customer Service Officer. Prior experience includes positions as Teller and Backoffice Operator at ZB Bank from March 2005 to April 2008. Mary holds a Certificate in Retail Banking from Retail Banking Academy (2018-2020) and has completed a CIS in Accounting from CIS (2010-2021).
