Anna Norberg possesses extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Communications at FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy) since June 2011. In this role, Anna is responsible for strategic HR development, operational HR support, and advising senior management on HR matters. Responsibilities include overseeing workplace environment initiatives, salary negotiations, leadership development, and diversity efforts within the organization, in addition to managing the HR function's budget and policy creation. Prior to this, Anna held various HR roles, including Head of Human Resources and HR Officer, and gained experience as a trainee at SOURCE Executive Recruitment. Anna holds an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources from Chefakademin and a degree from Umeå University. Parental leave was taken during specific periods in 2018 and 2020.
