Shadia Diompy serves as the Environment, Social and Governance Manager at Fayolle Canada Inc. since January 2021, where responsibilities include the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plans for significant projects financed by UK Export Finance and Standard Chartered, ensuring compliance with IFC performance standards and liaising with national authorities on social and environmental impacts. Prior experience includes the role of Environment and Social Engineer at NGE - BTP from October 2018 to December 2020, overseeing environmental and social systems for the Metro Line 14 extension project in the Grand Paris Express, and as an Environment Engineer at L'Oréal from July 2017 to January 2018, developing an environmental action plan for a luxury site. Early career experience includes positions as a QHSE Assistant at DHL Global Forwarding and Environmental Assistant at Teranga Gold Corporation.
