Raine Engle-Minichan, MSW, LCSW has a diverse work experience. They have held various roles at Fayette County Public Schools (KY), starting as a Family Resource Center Director in 2004 and transitioning to different positions such as Child Guidance Specialist, Student Success Coach, District Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) Coach, Coordinator of Extended School Services, Guidance, and School Mental Health Services, and currently serving as the Associate Director of Student Support Services-- SEL & Mental Health. They have also worked as a Part-Time Instructor at the University of Kentucky since 2005 and as a Child Victim Therapist at Bluegrass Regional MHMR Board, Inc. from 2002 to 2004.
Raine Engle-Minichan, MSW, LCSW earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Transylvania University in 1999. They then went on to obtain a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001, specializing in Social Work. Raine also holds a Certificate in School Social Work from the University of Kentucky. In addition to their academic achievements, Raine has obtained certifications from the CASEL Fellows Academy in 2022 and is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor certified by the National Council for Behavioral Health in 2017.
