Alexander Garcia currently serves as the Associate Chief Legal Officer at Fayette County Public Schools in Kentucky since July 2022. Concurrently, Alexander has been a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army JAG Corps since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Alexander worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron from February 2020 to June 2022, focusing on the Special Prosecutions Unit, and as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney at the Fayette Commonwealth's Attorney's Office from October 2012 to February 2020. Alexander holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky (2004-2008).
