AJ Steele has worked in various roles since 2006. In 2006, they served as the Director of Operations for Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights Hockey. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at First National Bank of Omaha as a Trust Associate and Trust Officer. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at A Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Company as a Business Development Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Travelex Insurance Services as the Director of Vacation Ownership, Resorts & Hospitality. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Mutual of Omaha as a Regional Manager - Leadership & Development. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Trip Mate, Inc. as a Key Account Manager. Currently, they are working at Faye as a Business Development Manager.

AJ Steele obtained a Master's Degree in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Creighton University, and an Associates in Business Law from Colby Community College.
