Nia G.'s work experience began in 2010 as a Retail Sales Associate at Perfumania, where they worked until 2013. In 2011, they joined Nationstar Mortgage as a Loan Counselor and stayed until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Nia served as an Investor Relations Senior Foreclosure Specialist at Nationstar Mortgage Special Servicing. Since 2017, Nia has been working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Fay Servicing, LLC.

Nia G. began their education journey by completing an Associate of Science (A.S.) in General Studies at Southwestern Christian College from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Criminal Justice at the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal degrees, Nia G. also obtained a certification in Data Analytics from the Colaberry School of Data Science & Analytics in September 2019.
