Jim Vidamour, ALC, is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive expertise in ranch, rural property, and land transactions, currently serving as a Broker for Fay Ranches since January 2019, specializing in premier properties in Colorado and New Mexico. Additionally, Jim has been the Broker Owner of Rare West Properties LLC since May 2012, focusing on ranch and mountain home markets. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Director of Tennis Fitness and Marina Operations at ITT from September 1980 to September 1996. Jim holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
