Sheryl Van Der Zalm is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing single-family real estate properties at Fay Financial since June 2022. Previous roles include serving as the Utilities Team Lead at Darwin Homes from November 2021 to May 2022 and as an Assistant Property Manager at RESICAP from July 2018 to July 2020. Sheryl also worked as an Inside Sales Account Manager at MYLAPS Sports Timing from January 2016 to July 2018, focusing on sports timing technologies. Earlier experience includes interim roles in various sectors and serving as Property Accountant and HR Specialist at The American Home between June 2012 and August 2015. Sheryl's career began in property management with significant roles at Cottonwood Capital and Signature Management. Prior to entering property management, Sheryl worked at AT&T as a Project Specialist and Route Designer from May 1999 to May 2002. Sheryl holds a degree from Strayer University.
