Grace Callahan, MBA has a long and varied work experience in accounting and finance. Grace started their career in 1996 as an Accounting Consultant at Accountants on Call. In 1998, they moved to Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant. Grace then took a role as Senior Accountant at Sovereign Homes in 2000. In 2001, they became Accounting Manager - Oil & Gas at Arcturus Corp. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at Callahan Consulting as an Accounting/Tax/Finance professional. In 2010, they took a role as a Tax & Healthcare Accountant at M White & Associates CPA. In 2016, they moved to Edwards & Associates, PC as a Senior Accountant with specialized work in the dental healthcare field. Grace was responsible for 1040; 1041; 1120; 1065 preparation, multi-state sales/use tax preparation, establishment of client corporations, full sets of financial statements, and SEC, SOX, GAAP, and GAAS regulation and compliance guideline counseling. In 2018, they took a role as Senior Accounting Manager at Keri Systems. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to FaxLogic as a Senior Accountant.

Grace Callahan, MBA holds a Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university.
