Zheng Hui Lam has work experience as a Software Engineer at Fave since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at iZyoo Platform as a Web Developer from February 2021 to April 2021, and as a Junior Web Developer from August 2019 to January 2021. They also completed an internship in web development at iZyoo Sdn Bhd from February 2019 to July 2019.

Zheng Hui Lam has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, which was obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Zheng Hui Lam earned a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university. In addition, Zheng Hui Lam acquired the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the Malaysian Software Testing Board in June 2018.
