Pengiran Nazrin has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Fundraiser at REAL Fundraising in June 2017. They then interned as a Web Developer at Arm from October 2017 to September 2018. After that, Nazrin joined Fave as a Software Engineer in November 2019, where they gained 2 years of experience developing web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails with JavaScript/jQuery. They worked on multiple teams, focusing on different aspects of the business such as administration, consumer platform, and merchant platform. Later, Nazrin was promoted to Associate Engineering Manager at Fave in January 2022, and they are currently working as an Engineering Manager from June 2023.

Pengiran Nazrin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a Year in Industry (Artificial Intelligence) from King's College London between the years 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics from KTJ Primary Secondary Academia Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Pengiran Nazrin also obtained certifications. In 2023, they completed "The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work" from Coursera and became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance.
