Charles Hall is an experienced education and employment specialist with a diverse background in teaching and case management. Currently serving as a Graduation Coach at Crispus Attucks High School and as an Employment Specialist at the Fathers and Families Center since 2017, Charles focuses on helping fathers and their families achieve meaningful employment. Through the role of Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, Charles actively develops and executes family reunification plans, collaborating with non-profit agencies to ensure families receive exceptional support. Previous roles include positions as a Resource Manager, Technology Teacher, and Business Teacher, where Charles was responsible for lesson planning and curriculum development across various subjects. Charles holds a Master's degree in Business Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
