Beth Weiss APR is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in public relations and writing. Currently serving as a Writer/Editor at Boys Town since May 2022, Beth previously held the position of Director of Public Relations at eCreamery Custom Ice Cream & Gelato from September 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure as Senior Director of Public Relations was spent at Omaha Steaks from August 2017 to November 2018, along with a role as Senior Manager of Public Affairs at Cox Communications - Central Region from July 2014 to July 2017. Beth also dedicated over 13 years at Omaha Steaks as Corporate Communications Director from April 2001 to July 2014.
