Julianne O'Connor has extensive experience in social services, currently serving as the Family Shelter Scattered Site Coordinator at Father Bill's & MainSpring since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for 107 emergency shelter units and supervising case managers supporting families experiencing homelessness. Previous roles at the same organization include Employment Specialist, focusing on individualized employment plans, and Family Stabilization Case Manager, providing essential support to families in temporary housing. Julianne also held multiple positions at Friends of the Children-Boston, including Family and Community Engagement Director, where efforts involved building partnerships and supporting fundraising initiatives, and Program Manager, supervising mentors for school-aged children. Julianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science from Fitchburg State University.
