Tasneem Sharrem is an experienced professional in social impact and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Progression & Engagement Officer at Fat Macy's since May 2021. In this role, Tasneem manages relationships with the restaurant team to support Trainees' progress and leads weekly update meetings focusing on trainee challenges and overall wellbeing. Previously, Tasneem held various positions, including Interim Project Manager for EdAid, where responsibilities included stakeholder management and project reporting, and Engagement Manager at Cardboard Citizens, overseeing information and guidance services. Tasneem's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in French and Arabic from UCL, alongside qualifications in counselling and advice and guidance.
