David Pear serves as the President of Round Table Pizza at FAT Brands Inc. since May 2023, overseeing a restaurant brand with over 400 units. Prior to this role, Pear held the position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Desert de Oro Foods, Inc. from March 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included providing strategic and operational consulting for a diverse portfolio of 360 restaurants across several well-known franchises.
