Jess Norman is an experienced packaging designer currently employed at Fat Brain Toys since June 2022. With a robust background in product design, Jess previously held various roles at Oriental Trading Company from February 2012 to June 2022, including Product Designer, Associate Product Designer, and Product Design Intern. Jess also co-owns Smarty Dog Training, managing marketing, social media, logo design, and dog training since October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Leader at Dogtopia of Omaha from August 2008 to July 2012 and as a Freelance Designer for Papillion-La Vista Schools Foundation from August 2008 to January 2010. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts with a concentration in Graphic Communication Arts from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned in 2011.
