As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Heidi is responsible for ensuring FastTrack consistently delivers on our customer commitments, while assisting our clients with the optimization and utilization of FastTrackā€™s technology and services. Heidi joined the company in January 2017 with an extensive claim and clinical management background after spending 22 years with MetLife in the Life & Disability Group Insurance arena. During her tenure with MetLife, Heidi held various roles including Director of Clinical & Specialty Services, and Assistant Vice President of Disability Claims. In these roles, Heidi was responsible for the operational effectiveness of a multi-disciplined clinical and claims and organizations and the supervision and administration of products, including Family Medical Leave and other absences, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Life Waiver. In the role of Assistant Vice President of Customer Service Delivery, Heidi was responsible for a team of Disability and Absence Management Consultants who provide product and process expertise along with claims data trending and analytics to their Group Disability customers. Heidi is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Syracuse University.
