Lucy Masters is a seasoned Recruitment Professional with extensive experience in the Maritime industry, specializing in the Cruise sector. Currently serving as the Lead Account Executive at Faststream Recruitment Group since December 2021, Lucy has also held positions such as Senior Account Executive and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, Lucy worked as Assistant Manager at Chiltern Maritime and gained valuable experience at Viking Maritime Group as a Recruitment Consultant.
