Farnaz Niro Ghadaki is a seasoned consultant, coach, and ambassador specializing in exponential organizations and transformation strategies. With extensive experience at OpenExO, Fastrack Institute, and ExO Works, Ghadaki provides corporate strategic direction to foster innovation and disrupt traditional organizational structures. As a Climate Justice Leader at The Climate Reality Project and an Ambassador for the SingularityU Toronto Chapter, Ghadaki actively engages in climate action and technology advocacy.
