Mackenzie Hammer is a Customer Success Manager at FastPay, an AvidXchange Company, since July 2022, following a role as a Customer Care Representative at AvidXchange, Inc. from February 2021 to July 2022. Prior to this, Mackenzie gained experience as an Executive Recruiter Intern at Search Solution Group and held summer internships with Randolph County Tourism Development Authority and Guardian Self Storage, where responsibilities ranged from candidate sourcing and event coordination to assisting in marketing plans and managing customer transactions. Mackenzie began a career in the business field after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2020.
