Mstafa Qoja is a seasoned professional in the field of radio frequency engineering with extensive experience spanning over a decade. At Gateway since October 2021, Mstafa serves as a Radio Frequency Planner. Concurrently, as Quality Assurance Manager at Fastlink Telecom since January 2020, Mstafa oversees quality processes. In addition, Mstafa has held the position of Senior RF Engineer at Fastlink since May 2014, specializing in 4G LTE technologies, including drive tests, KPI monitoring, and site surveys. Mstafa's earlier experience includes work as an RF Engineer at Newroz Telecom, focusing on CDMA and Wimax, and as an IT Engineer at an IT Company, where skills in various programming languages and web development were gained.
