Lukas Vollmer is a skilled engineer with a diverse background in technology and product development. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Fastgen since January 2023, Lukas previously held roles at Blair, where innovative projects were developed from May 2019 to December 2022, and co-founded WILM&CO, focusing on digital strategies and UX/UI design from November 2017 to May 2019. As the Co-Founder and Head of Technology & Finance for the unicon Conference from 2017 to February 2019, Lukas demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Earlier experience includes a Full Stack Engineer position at 3m5. from August 2014 to July 2017, contributing to a leading IT and web service provider in Germany. Lukas's educational accomplishments include attendance at Y Combinator in 2019 and degrees from CODE University of Applied Sciences and Technische Universität Dresden.
